Wild foods aren't just for trail snacking or survival situations! Gather to explore the culinary possibilities of an ENTIRE wholesome meal made with wild harvested ingredients. We’ll walk and talk about the abundant wild edibles available this time of year - from spring greens, to roots & shoots, to mushrooms, and even wild caught fish! We’ll practice the tools to notice nature so we can explore where and how to harvest varios wild foods. Then we’ll gather around a fire to prepare a meal together and share a delicious feast entirely sourced with wild ingredients.
