Taking cues from the forest creatures, we will discuss the many ways to garner wild food & medicine for the darker winter months to come. Exploring basic foraging skills of mushrooms, nuts, seeds, fruits, & roots. In closing we will gather by fireside to enjoy wild foraged refreshments.
