Cancellation Policy
Program fees allow Lime Hollow to offer innovative programs while providing sustainable employment for our instructors, mentors, buildings and grounds and administrative staff. Hiring, staffing, training, and materials acquisition are based on enrollment prior to the program, which is why we charge a registration fee and/or need to retain portions of anticipated tuition to help offset costs incurred prior to the start of programming. If Lime Hollow cancels a program for any reason, we will do our best to reschedule the program/class and issue full refunds to anyone who is unable to make the new dates.
Summer and School-Break Camps
1 month or more prior to the program starting date; full refund minus a $50 fee.
14 days to one month prior to the program starting date; refund of 50% of the total tuition.
Fewer than 14 days prior to the program starting date; no refund will be issued.
Forest Preschool (Summer Session)
1 month or more prior to program starting date:
Paid-in-Full at Registration: full refund minus the non-refundable registration fee paid at enrollment.
Payment Plan: First installment will not be charged nor will the non-refundable registration fee paid at enrollment be refunded.
Within 1 month prior to the program start date:
Paid-in-Full at Registration: receive a refund minus 1 month prorated tuition and the non-refundable registration fee paid at enrollment
Payment Plan: You will be charged 1 month prorated tuition at time of cancellation. Non-refundable registration fee paid at enrollment will not be refunded.
1 month after program start date:
Paid-in-Full at Registration: Receive a 75% refund of total tuition cost. If there is a balance, your payment method will be charged at cancellation.
Payment Plan: You will be charged 25% prorated tuition at time of cancellation.
More than1 month after program start date:
You are responsible for full program tuition, unless Lime Hollow is able to find another preschooler for the spot. Payments will continue to be processed on payment plan or until the spot is filled.
Forest Preschool (School Year)
1 month or more prior to program starting date:
Paid-in-Full at Registration: Full refund minus non-refundable $250 fee included in first installment at enrollment.
Payment Plan: Full refund minus $250 fee paid at enrollment.
Within 1 month prior to the program start date:
Paid-in-Full at Registration: receive a refund minus 1 month prorated tuition and the non-refundable registration fee paid at enrollment
Payment Plan: You will be charged 1 month prorated tuition at time of cancellation. Non-refundable registration fee paid at enrollment will not be refunded.
1 month after program start date:
Paid-in-Full at Registration: Receive a 75% refund of total tuition cost. If there is a balance, your payment method will be charged at cancellation.
