OUTDOOR AFTER-SCHOOL PROGRAM
There’s no better way to unwind from a long day at school than to spend time outside! Our year-round, outdoor After-School program will create endless opportunities for K-6th graders to connect to nature and each other while exploring the wonders of the Lime Hollow Nature Center! This afterschool experience will focus on free play and activities will evolve based on the interests of the children. Activities will vary and be informed by the seasons from crunching leaves, building snow forts, climbing trees, snowshoeing and sledding, cooking snacks in the cob oven, planting and harvesting from the garden, and so much more!
Transportation will be provided from schools by Dryden Central School District. Children can also be dropped off at the Visitor Center by caregivers!
Thanks to Royal Subaru, we purchased our very own van for transportation from Cassavant, Barry and Smith schools. Participants can sign up for 1, 2, 3, 4, or 5 days a week! Limited van spots, contact us for more details.
