Love maple syrup!? Love pancakes!? Want to know more about the process of making delicious syrup from trees right here in Cortland, NY!? Join us for a family- friendly, outdoor pancakesyrup-alooza!
We’ll taste sap running right out of the tree, sample delicious jack wax in our own Sugar Shack, and enjoy delicious pancakes with local syrup! We’ll stay warm with hot chocolate and local coffee from Coffee Mania.
Educational programming with be provided by the OCM BOCES New Visions Environmental Science class who have spent the last few months tapping trees, making syrup, and learning all about the maple sugaring process!

Educational programming and breakfast will be held outdoors at the Lime Hollow Environmental Education Center at 3277 Gracie Road, Cortland, NY 13045. Limited parking will be available at the Environmental Education Center. More parking will be available at the Lehigh Railroad trailhead on Gracie Road and at the Lime Hollow Visitor Center.
